A China pre-production inspection (PPI) occurs before your supplier begins production. Inspectors will check the supplier’s raw materials and components and count the quantity, ensuring conformity from the beginning. A pre-production inspection in China is a comprehensive check where we primarily check the material status, material quantity, and material condition of the product. Aside from that, we try to ensure that the factory's machinery and condition, as well as the measuring and testing equipment, meet the needs of the customer.
